Bookkeeping & Operations Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeping & Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day financial and back-office operations of a growing business.

This role is primarily focused on accounting and reporting, with some involvement in admin tasks and light operational support. If you’re someone who enjoys working with numbers, building clean reports, and keeping things organized — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks and financial records
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations
  • Track expenses, invoices, and cash flow
  • Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports

Reporting & Operations

  • Build and maintain reports in Google Sheets
  • Create dashboards and track key business metrics
  • Identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy

Admin & Support

  • Assist with general back-office tasks
  • Support basic email and operational workflows as needed
  • Help with simple tracking for marketing or business activities

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online or Xero
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets (formulas, reporting, data organization)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
