Schedule

Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling during Australian business hours is required, with the ability to align with US hours as needed.

Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks and reviews of chat operations to maintain brand standards.
- Team Leadership: Train, guide, and mentor team members to improve performance and consistency.
- Reporting: Write detailed performance reports and provide actionable feedback to the team and leadership.
- Account Operations: Manage content posting, account operations, and mass message distributions across multiple channels.
- Content Management: Oversee the uploading and management of digital content.
- Growth Support: Assist with the hiring and training of new team members as the department expands.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure high quality standards are met across all active digital streams and engagement channels.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities to track team KPIs.
- Proven experience in leadership, supervision, or team training.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a solid understanding of quality management.
- Fast learner who can adapt to new digital entertainment tools quickly.
- Flexibility: Ability to work US hours as required by the business.
