Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative VA to support daily operations by handling data entry, follow-ups, scheduling, and documentation.
Work Schedule: Full-time 35hrs/week Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm Eastern Time with 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities
- Update project data and upload documents daily
- Manage calendars, meetings, and reminders
- Send follow-ups to clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Assist with invoice tracking and payment follow-ups
- Maintain organized records (contracts, permits, files)
- Support subcontractor database updates
- Assist with basic reporting and admin tasks
Requirements
- Experience in administrative or VA roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently
Nice to Have
- Experience in construction or project-based businesses
- Familiarity with CRM or project management tools

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
