Job Overview

You’ll be the vital connection between potential clients and life-changing insurance coverage. Using cutting-edge click-to-dial technology, you’ll efficiently reach prospects who have already expressed interest in insurance solutions.

We are looking for a professional who can navigate both Personal Lines (B2C) and Commercial Lines (B2B). You will bridge the gap between initial interest and a formal quote, providing timely assistance to warm leads while building rapport with both individual consumers and business decision-makers.

Schedule

  • Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST (20 work hours per week)
  • Daily Hours: 4 hours per day (Either 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST or late afternoon/early evening).
  • Flexibility: Schedule is subject to change to Monday – Friday or adjusted hours based on optimal calling times and agency needs.
  • Growth: With potential to grow full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Outreach: Make outbound calls to warm insurance leads using the Ricochet click-to-dial system.
  • Dual Focus (B2B & B2C): Handle inquiries for personal insurance and conduct professional outreach to business owners for commercial coverage.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule insurance quotes and appointments, ensuring a seamless hand-off to the sales team.
  • Business Communication: (For Commercial Lines) Professionally navigate through office administrators or "gatekeepers" to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Information Gathering: Collect and verify complete contact information and specific prospect requirements; take detailed, accurate notes in the CRM.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve a minimum target of 10–12 scheduled appointments per week.

Requirements

  • B2B Proficiency: Proven ability to maintain a high-level, professional tone when speaking with business owners and executives.
  • Excellent Verbal Communication: Clear, professional phone presence with a strong command of the English language.
  • Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service. Experience in B2B lead generation or Commercial Insurance is highly regarded.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly master new software (Ricochet, CRM, etc.).
  • Home Office: Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet home office setup with a professional headset.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with CRM systems or lead management platforms.
  • Familiarity with Commercial Insurance lines (e.g., General Liability, Workers' Comp) is a plus.
  • Ability to stay motivated and disciplined in a fast-paced, goal-oriented remote environment.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
