This is a high-level operational role—not a traditional administrative position. You will serve as a key pillar of the business, taking ownership of critical financial workflows, client success, and operational coordination in a high-velocity environment.
The company provides short-term business loans from $5,000 to $100,000 with a promise of approval and funding within two hours. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining the operational precision required to deliver on that promise while ensuring a seamless experience for business owners seeking urgent funding.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Sales Closer & Team Lead—a hands-on closer who can own the end-to-end sales process while stepping into a leadership capacity to help rebuild and manage the sales function day-to-day.
This is not a support role. You will be responsible for closing deals, managing broker relationships, and eventually taking on operational ownership of the sales team as the company continues to grow. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Closing
- Own the end-to-end sales process—from lead engagement to closing—with a focus on converting broker-referred opportunities
- Conduct consultative conversations with brokers and business owners to understand their needs and position lending solutions effectively
- Manage a pipeline of active deals, ensuring timely follow-up and movement through the application-to-funding process
- Handle objections professionally and confidently, maintaining momentum through to close
Leadership & Operations
- Step into a leadership capacity to help rebuild and manage the day-to-day sales function
- Develop and refine sales processes, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency and conversion
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs and a high-quality client experience
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to sales team members as the team expands
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and referral partners
- Serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring consistent communication and a high level of service throughout the lending process

Experience
- Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally in lending, financial services, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end sales closing—not just lead qualification or appointment setting
- Team lead or management experience, with the ability to step into an operational leadership capacity
