Campaign Marketing Manager

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM UK time with 1-hour unpaid break

Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Commercial Performance

  • Develop full Go-To-Market plans covering audience segmentation, data, paid media, and outreach strategy.
  • Own the commercial performance of assigned campaigns — achieving MQL and delegate registration goals.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns (paid ads, LinkedIn, email, influencer activations).
  • Measure and report on key metrics (ROAS, conversion, CPL, MQL/REG contribution).

2. Sales & Delegate Enablement

  • Manage mass email and automation campaigns (SmartLead, Brevo) across key regions.
  • Build and deliver toolkits (brochures, invites, event fact sheets) for Sales and Delegate teams using brand templates (Canva/Google Slides).
  • Coordinate social media amplification and executive influencer campaigns.
  • Provide ongoing communication to internal teams regarding campaign performance, data availability, and outreach cadence.

3. Data Supply & Cleanliness

  • Own data pipeline management for assigned territories using tools such as Lusha, Skrapp, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Validate, segment, and upload fresh contact data into CRM and outreach systems weekly.
  • Conduct monthly data quality audits and maintain GDPR compliance.
  • Collaborate with Delegate QA and Comms to ensure accurate lead grading and audience targeting.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Report weekly on MQLs, delegate registrations, ROAS, and outreach conversion.
  • Present campaign insights at internal marketing and post-event debriefs.
  • Use Looker Studio dashboards and Google Sheets trackers to document campaign metrics and learning outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably events or SaaS.
  • Proven track record in campaign planning, lead generation, and digital outreach.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and automation platforms (Brevo, SmartLead, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and similar data tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
