Responsibilities

• Contact medical spas via phone to reach decision-makers, including owners and managers.
• Request and obtain email addresses of key decision-makers for follow-up communication.
• Send templated emails to qualified prospects using provided messaging guidelines.
• Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the sales team.
• Maintain organized records of outreach activities and appointment confirmations.

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in appointment setting or outbound sales.
• Strong phone communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate gatekeepers and reach key business contacts.
• Proficiency with standard communication tools and CRM systems.
• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Previous experience working with medical spa clients or the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Meta advertising platforms and digital marketing terminology.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
