Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and general office management tasks.
- Assist with website development and ongoing website maintenance to support client acquisition funnels.
- Support digital marketing initiatives and campaign execution aligned with business growth objectives.
- Manage operational documentation and assist in developing standardized business processes and systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional administrative tasks across various business areas as the company establishes foundational operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of professional office or executive assistant experience.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a startup environment.
- Proficiency with website management platforms and digital tools commonly used in business administration.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with Australian clients or familiarity with Australian business practices and terminology.
- Background or experience in property, architecture, construction, or related industries.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and processes to support client acquisition activities.
