Responsibilities
- Data Audit & Validation: Review and analyze large datasets to accurately identify active versus inactive SIM cards across multiple provider portals and spreadsheets.
- Inventory Management: Validate SIM usage against device records to ensure data integrity before action is taken.
- Deactivation Processing: Coordinate and execute the deactivation of approximately 4,800+ SIM cards (across three providers), ensuring each step is completed correctly and documented.
- Record Keeping: Meticulously update and maintain master tracking spreadsheets, ensuring all records are clean, consistent, and reconciled throughout the project lifecycle.
- Process Adherence: Follow established workflows precisely to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks efficiently without compromising accuracy.
Requirements
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: You have a natural ability to spot inconsistencies and understand that accuracy is non-negotiable in this role.
- Technical Proficiency: You are highly confident working with data in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., sorting, filtering, using formulas like VLOOKUP, and managing large spreadsheets).
- Process-Driven Mindset: You are comfortable with repetitive, task-based work and can maintain a high level of focus and efficiency throughout.
- Strong Organizational Skills: You can manage a high volume of tasks, track your progress, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
