Our client is seeking an Insurance Digital Marketing Coordinator to own the marketing execution across multiple client partnerships for a dynamic startup that’s rapidly scaling their digital insurance distribution platform. This hands-on role puts you at the center of their growth story, where your marketing coordination directly impacts business expansion across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll have the autonomy to execute diverse marketing initiatives while working with a passionate team that values independence, results, and treating remote team members as true extensions of their business.

Client Overview

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all marketing activities across multiple client partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage and actively promote the organization across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Execute social media campaigns and coordinate with outsourced design teams for asset creation.
  • Add new website pages and design compelling landing pages to support business growth.
  • Execute EDM (Email Direct Marketing) campaigns to engage prospects and clients.
  • Produce detailed reports on data analytics for paid marketing campaigns and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across different marketing initiatives and projects.
  • Execute marketing tasks independently based on clear briefs and strategic direction provided.
  • Adapt quickly to unexpected priorities while maintaining planned marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Recent experience in marketing coordination and social media management.
  • Strong expertise across social platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
  • Proven experience with website management, landing page creation, and EDM campaign execution.
  • Skilled in data analytics and reporting for paid campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive as an independent worker in remote environments.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Previous remote work experience or startup environment exposure is considered a bonus.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
