Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Sales Person to join an established and growing advisory firm that provides specialized, legislation-heavy services to businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, manage high-value client interactions, and build expertise in a niche advisory field. You will focus on sales and client relationships, with all leads provided, allowing you to learn and grow with a high-performing advisory team.

Schedule

Responsibilities

  • Manage and close inbound leads provided by the company, ensuring high-quality client interactions.
  • Qualify prospects, understand their needs, and clearly explain the benefits of advisory services.
  • Learn legislative frameworks and advisory offerings through structured training materials.
  • Handle entry-level leads efficiently, with the opportunity to take on more complex clients as you progress.
  • Maintain accurate records and track performance against KPIs focused on work completed, not just closed deals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales closing (B2B experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills—confident, professional, and persuasive.
  • Comfortable learning complex, technical information quickly (high importance).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads effectively.
  • Ability to work in Sydney/Melbourne time zones, with minor flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Background in advisory, consulting, finance, or related industries is desirable.
