GoHighLevel Workflow Automation Specialist

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a specialist to focus on building, managing, and optimizing GoHighLevel workflows and automation systems for a growing law practice. This role requires expertise in the Go High Level platform with the ability to set up complex automations, monitoring systems, and custom reporting. This is a part-time role with the potential to expand as systems are implemented and additional practice areas require automation.

Client Overview

A small personal injury and real estate law firm operating for over five years with offices in South and Central Florida. The team consists of six to eight staff members serving clients across multiple practice areas.

Schedule

Monday - Friday (20 work hours per week)
Note: Specific start/end times may be adjusted with the client, totaling 4 hours per day.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage newsletter nurturing flows and Google review automation workflows in GoHighLevel.
  • Build and maintain a referral tracking system to monitor client and business referrals between the firm and partner organizations.
  • Configure and optimize chatbot functionality within GoHighLevel and integrate with the firm's website.
  • Monitor GoHighLevel portal for incoming messages from clients and potential leads, routing to appropriate team members.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards within GoHighLevel to track metrics and generate data insights.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing automations, making adjustments as needed for events, campaigns, and client communications.
  • Develop a medical provider database with geographic mapping functionality to match clients with nearby providers.
  • Link provider referrals to client profiles for relationship tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Provide recommendations on additional GoHighLevel features and capabilities that could benefit firm operations.
  • Assist with general marketing and administrative tasks as needed when automation monitoring allows.

Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel platform, including automation workflows, custom objects, and reporting capabilities.
  • Proven experience setting up complex automations, funnels, and integration systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend workarounds and alternative solutions for technical challenges.

Qualifications

  • Experience with AI tools for content generation and marketing campaigns.
  • Background working with law firms or professional services organizations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and client relationship management processes.
  • Experience creating geographic mapping and database management solutions.
  • Knowledge of appointment scheduling systems and lead management workflows.
