Schedule  

  • Monday - Friday, 0:00 AM/PM - 0:00 AM/PM PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week); Flexible scheduling available.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to hot leads from social media marketing within 5-minute SLA.
  • Make outbound calls to warm prospects who have expressed interest in services.
  • Schedule appointments for potential new patients using practice management software.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about available services.
  • Process appointment cancellations, rescheduling requests, and basic patient questions.
  • Complete administrative tasks including email management and documentation during lower lead periods.
  • Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Support general office operations and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong phone communication skills and professional customer service approach.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and provide coverage for time-sensitive lead response.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software systems.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for seamless remote work.
  • Experience with appointment scheduling or customer service preferred.

Qualifications

  • Healthcare industry familiarity or CRM experience is considered a bonus.
