Job Overview
Our client is seeking an Operations Coordinator (Residential Painting & Logistics) for a client-facing role responsible for managing residential painting projects after they are sold through to completion. The position focuses on coordinating between clients and painters, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth project execution. This is a full-time remote role with comprehensive training provided on company systems and processes.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients on project start dates, paint colors, and scheduling details via phone and email.
- Coordinate with painters for job assignments and scheduling throughout project duration.
- Provide regular project updates to clients as jobs progress from start to completion.
- Manage paint ordering and coordinate with on-site teams for any issues that arise.
- Send invoices upon project completion and ensure proper job closeout procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service or operations coordination roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills with comfort making client phone calls.
- Proficiency with email management and CRM systems.
Nice-To-Have Requirements
- Familiarity with GripJobs CRM or similar project management platforms.
- Previous experience in construction, renovation, or trade industries with understanding of industry terminology.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
