Job Description: You’ll be the engine behind consistent lead generation for a dynamic financial services practice, moving them beyond traditional networking into systematic prospect development. This role offers the perfect blend of proven sales techniques and growth potential—you’ll master the art of connecting with prospects who need financial protection while building your career in a scaling business. Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through strategic cold calling and outreach campaigns
- Make 80-150 targeted calls per day to prospects and potential clients
- Book 2-5 qualified appointments daily with prospects interested in life insurance and financial services
- Convert leads into scheduled meetings, targeting 10-20 appointments per week
- Follow up consistently on leads and maintain organized outreach efforts
- Work with provided prospect lists or generate new targeted prospect lists as needed
- Direct qualified prospects to booking systems for seamless appointment scheduling
- Maintain compliance with financial services regulations and company standards
Requirements:
- Proven track record with cold calling and lead conversion in professional environments
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, conversion rates, and performance tracking
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills for phone-based interactions
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or related industries (bonus if you have Guardian experience)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with technology platforms and learning new systems quickly
