Our client is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist for a long-term, ongoing role managing multiple aspects of digital marketing, content creation, and administrative support for an online healthcare education business. The ideal candidate will work independently as a business partner, taking initiative on campaigns and content without requiring constant approval or supervision. This position requires someone comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small business environment, managing both creative marketing tasks and analytical responsibilities.

Client Overview

The client operates a healthcare consulting business specializing in alternative medicine, serving chiropractors, acupuncturists, nurse practitioners, veterinarians, and medical doctors across the United States. The company provides online training programs, nutritional certifications, continuing education courses, webinars, and protocol assistance for healthcare practitioners using doctor-only supplements. The business operates through digital platforms including Kajabi for course delivery and utilizes Canva for marketing materials and content creation.

Schedule

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including creating training posts, product promotions, and curating video content from partner companies.
  • Build, update, and maintain website content on the Kajabi platform, including event pages, course materials, and program offerings with regular updates and improvements.
  • Design marketing materials, e-books, and other visual content using Canva for both promotional purposes and publication-ready materials.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns and sales funnels to drive enrollment in certification programs and live events.
  • Analyze customer data in Salesforce to track engagement trends, identify customers with increasing or decreasing activity, and support retention efforts.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns for live events, webinars, and continuing education programs.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to continuing education programs and relationships with accrediting colleges.
  • Support organic content growth and posting schedules without requiring daily oversight.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in social media marketing and digital campaign management.
  • Proficiency with the Kajabi platform for website management, course delivery, and event page updates.
  • Advanced skills in Canva for creating marketing materials, graphics, and publication-ready content.
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns and sales funnel development.
  • Strong ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
  • Excellent written English communication skills for creating marketing content and emails.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM platforms for customer analytics and data tracking.
  • Background or familiarity with healthcare, alternative medicine, wellness, or clinical industries.
  • Experience managing content for online education platforms, webinars, or certification programs.
  • Knowledge of continuing education or professional development marketing.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
