Responsibilities
- Perform construction estimating and provide comprehensive project cost overviews for residential projects
- Manage accounting operations and time tracking using QuickBooks software
- Coordinate project activities within JobTread project management system
- Ensure seamless integration and data alignment between QuickBooks and JobTread platforms
- Participate in weekly review meetings to assess task completion and maintain project alignment
- Handle various administrative tasks to support daily business operations
- Provide ongoing project management and financial tracking support throughout active projects
- Assist with website updates and maintenance as needed
Requirements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software (essential)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Excellent communication skills for regular check-ins and project updates
- Experience with construction estimating or strong willingness to learn
- Bonus if you have experience with project management systems (JobTread experience preferred)
- Previous construction or contracting industry exposure is a plus
