Job Description: You’ll own the complete social media strategy and content creation for a growing PR agency working with exciting tech startups. This role offers significant creative freedom to develop visually compelling content and strategic campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness. You’ll showcase your design skills and strategic thinking while working with high-profile clients in the technology sector, with your creative work being front and center in helping launch innovative companies and build their social presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Create original social media content with strong visual design elements that meet high aesthetic standards
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Handle analytics and performance optimization to improve social media ROI and engagement rates
  • Manage community engagement specifically related to social media activities and brand building
  • Design graphics and visual content that produces “cool” and visually appealing results
  • Focus exclusively on social media management tasks without administrative distractions
  • Collaborate with agency leadership on creative direction for client campaigns
  • Build and maintain brand consistency across all social media touchpoints

Requirements:

  • Strong graphic design skills with portfolio demonstrating aesthetic excellence and creative range
  • Proven experience in social media strategy development and content creation across multiple platforms
  • Analytics experience with ability to optimize performance based on data insights
  • Creative eye for design that can produce visually appealing content that stands out
  • Social media management experience with measurable results in engagement and growth
  • Portfolio required for evaluation during interview process
