Job Overview

This role focuses exclusively on appointment setting for software demonstrations with qualified real estate professionals. The successful candidate will contact realtors from a pre-existing database of 75,000 agents within Ontario to generate qualified demo bookings. All lead lists and contact information will be provided by the client, requiring no lead generation or research responsibilities.

The client is a software company that recently launched a platform designed for real estate brokers and agents. The company operates within the real estate technology sector and is experiencing rapid growth following their product launch two weeks ago.

Schedule:

  • Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

  • Client Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (Toronto, Canada)

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to real estate agents using provided contact lists to introduce the software product.
  • Book qualified demo appointments with the client or designated team members for software presentations.
  • Articulate the value proposition of the software platform clearly and professionally to potential clients.
  • Utilize power dialer systems to maximize daily call volume and appointment conversion rates.
  • Track and report on call activity, appointment bookings, and conversion metrics as directed by management.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills with clear articulation for professional phone conversations.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales development roles.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week during Eastern Standard Time business hours.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Experience selling to real estate professionals or within the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with B2B software sales or SaaS product appointment setting.

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
