Spanish Bilingual Customer Retention Specialist (Automotive)

Job Description:

You’ll be the friendly voice that reconnects valued customers with a dealership they already know and trust. This isn’t cold calling—you’ll be reaching out to an existing database of 22,000 clients who have previously purchased vehicles or received services, reminding them of available services and encouraging them to return. You’ll play a vital role in customer retention while helping people maintain their vehicles and find their next perfect car. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing directly to a business’s growth in the automotive industry.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20 hours per week) Monday to Friday 4pm to 8pm MST

  • Client Timezone: Mountain Time (New Mexico)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct warm outbound calls to existing clients who have previously purchased vehicles or received services
  • Encourage clients to schedule service appointments and return for vehicle maintenance
  • Promote trade-in opportunities and help clients consider upgrading their current vehicles
  • Set appointments for sales consultations and service visits
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in HubSpot CRM
  • Follow established calling scripts while maintaining a personable, professional approach
  • Refer qualified prospects back to the internal sales team for follow-up
  • Build rapport with diverse clientele and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (essential for serving the local Hispanic community)
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management systems
  • Basic knowledge of automobiles, automotive services, and industry terminology
  • Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for professional phone calls
  • Bonus if you have previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or outbound calling
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with appointment scheduling and lead qualification
