This role is equal parts recruiter, talent scout, and community builder. You won’t just fill roles—you’ll build and nurture a community of affiliate livestream hosts, guiding them from discovery to becoming revenue-driving talent for our clients. Your success will directly impact our ability to scale.
Schedule
Team Meetings (2 hrs total)
- Monday, 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM EST (1 hr)
- Wednesday, 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM EST (1 hr)
LIVE Schedule (8 hrs total)
- Wednesday, 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST (1 hr)
- Thursday, 12:00 AM – 1:00 AM EST (1 hr)
- Friday, 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST (2 hrs)
- Saturday, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST (2 hrs)
- Sunday, 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM EST (2 hrs)
Total Work Hours: 10 hours per week (EST)

Responsibilities
Talent Scouting & Recruitment (The Hunt)
- Source potential livestream hosts across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
- Evaluate talent based on on-camera presence, engagement, and niche fit
- Conduct outreach (DMs, comments, email) and pitch our affiliate opportunity
- Manage the full recruitment cycle—from first contact to signed agreement
Community Building & Incubation (The Nurture)
- Build and manage our private Affiliate Discord community
- Onboard new hosts and align them with brand guidelines and commission structures
- Foster engagement through discussions, events, and shared wins
- Organize training sessions to improve host performance and conversions
Talent Management & Matching
- Maintain a structured database of hosts (niche, availability, performance)
- Partner with internal teams to match hosts with the right brands
- Ensure smooth handoff from recruitment to livestream execution
Requirements
- Creator Fluency: Strong understanding of TikTok, livestream dynamics, and what makes a high-performing host
- Strong Recruiter Mindset: Comfortable with outbound outreach and pitching opportunities to creators
- Community Builder: Experience or strong interest in building engaged online communities (Discord preferred)
- Highly Organized: Able to manage multiple conversations and track talent pipelines efficiently
- Bonus: Background in recruiting, talent management, or content creation

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
