Responsibilities:
- Perform manual data entry and administrative tasks, including extended hours coverage (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday Irish Time)
- Manage and update CRM records and customer information
- Handle non-client-facing customer service tasks
- Learn and operate the company’s proprietary software systems
- Coordinate daily with 3-4 team members on role specific/ administrative matters
- Execute straightforward but time-sensitive administrative work
- Maintain data accuracy and system organisation
Requirements:
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (required)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Strong customer service background with professional communication skills
- Ability to work Irish time zone hours (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday)
- Experience with data entry and administrative tasks
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer setup
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly
