Financial Services Lead Generation Specialist
Overview:
We are an AI-driven fintech company operating in the structured products space, working with brokers, asset managers, private banks, and wealth managers globally.
We are looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to identify and engage high-quality prospects, execute targeted outreach (primarily via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls), and book qualified meetings for senior leadership.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (US Eastern Time), includes a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sourcing & Qualification
- Use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools to identify relevant prospects
- Target roles such as:
- Structured Products Sales
- Investment Solutions / Structured Products
- Head of Investments / CIO
- Focus on brokers, distributors, private banks, wealth managers, and asset managers
- Deliver 20–40 high-quality, relevant leads per day
- Outreach Execution
- Send LinkedIn connection requests and follow-ups (primary channel)
- Use short, direct messaging (no long-form sequences)
- Apply light personalization based on role/company
- Use email selectively where appropriate
- Conduct cold calls
- Meeting Booking
- Manage responses and qualify leads
- Book meetings directly into the calendar
- Ensure quality and relevance of meetings (not just volume)
- CRM Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Track outreach, responses, and pipeline stages
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment setting within financial services, fintech, or B2B environments
- Strong understanding of financial services terminology; exposure to structured products is a plus
- Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting platforms
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to write concise, direct outreach messages with light personalization
- Experience in qualifying leads and booking meetings for senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
