Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in a part-time capacity. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our platform operations by managing data entry, administrative tasks, and providing crucial operational support. You’ll work directly with the Head of Operations, learning our proprietary software platform and contributing to the company’s growth during an exciting expansion phase. This position offers excellent potential for growth as our operations scale, with the possibility of increased hours in the future.

Responsibilities
- Master our proprietary software platform through comprehensive training and hands-on experience
- Perform accurate data entry and management within our specialized compliance platform
- Manage and coordinate calendar scheduling for key team members
- Handle email correspondence and meeting coordination
- Process and update important agreements and documentation
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain organized records and assist with documentation management
- Support the Head of Operations with daily administrative tasks
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in standard office software with aptitude for learning new technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently

- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Experience with data entry and administrative support preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Available to work consistently during UK afternoon hours (1 PM - 5 PM UK time)
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
