Job Description:
You’ll be the vital connection between high-intent prospects and life-changing aesthetic treatments. This role puts you at the center of a growing medical spa’s success, where your communication skills directly impact client transformations and business revenue. You’ll manage a substantial lead database, convert inquiries into booked appointments, and build meaningful relationships with clients seeking wellness and aesthetic improvements. This is an opportunity to combine sales expertise with healthcare impact in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Schedule:
- Mon Fri 11 am to 8 pm Washington DC (includes 1 hr unpaid break)

Responsibilities:
- Contact and nurture leads within 5 minutes of initial inquiry to maximize conversion rates
- Reactivate and recycle a database of 5,000+ existing leads through strategic outreach campaigns
- Book appointments for RF microneedling, weight loss programs, body contouring, and facial treatments
- Manage lead flow and client communications through Go High Level CRM system
- Educate potential clients about treatment options and benefits without being pushy or overly salesy
- Handle client objections and questions with confidence about cosmetic procedures and services
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and follow-up activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and encourage repeat business
Requirements:
- Strong sales background with proven appointment setting experience
- Excellent communication skills with confident phone presence and professional demeanor
- Experience with CRM systems, bonus if familiar with Go High Level or similar platforms
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality conversations and relationship building
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about cosmetic procedures and medical spa treatments
- Ability to work independently without micromanagement while consistently meeting performance targets
- It helps if you have experience in healthcare, wellness, or beauty industries
