Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to manage and grow our online presence. This role will be responsible for producing engaging, informative, and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand and communicates our services effectively to our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish high-quality content (videos, graphics, reels, and posts) across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop content that educates, informs, and engages patients while maintaining a professional healthcare tone
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals and campaigns
• Edit short-form videos with strong hooks, transitions, and captions optimized for engagement
• Stay updated with social media trends and apply them appropriately to the brand
• Collaborate with the team to highlight services, patient experiences, and clinic updates
• Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content performance

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in social media content creation
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, social media posts, and creative work (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.)
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies
• Ability to balance creativity with a professional and brand-aligned tone
• Strong communication and time management skills

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
