Our client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support their growing recruiting team. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting day-to-day recruitment operations. Responsibilities
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across various time zones.
- Candidate Management: Manage all candidate communications, including confirmations, follow-ups, and status updates, to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- ATS Administration: Track candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Job Postings: Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Recruitment Support: Support recruiters with initial resume screening and candidate outreach as needed.
- Onboarding Logistics: Help manage pre-boarding tasks, including sending offer letters and initiating background checks.
- Data Organization: Maintain recruitment trackers, spreadsheets, and internal systems to ensure process transparency.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or high-level administrative roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal oversight.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting a high-volume recruiting or HR team (Highly Regarded).
- Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or Upwork (Preferred).
- Experience navigating and maintaining an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) (Preferred).
- A proactive, process-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
