Job Description

You’ll be the driving force behind building strategic partnerships that fuel business growth. This role puts you at the center of an exciting affiliate recruitment strategy, where you’ll identify and connect with fitness influencers and potential business partners who align with cutting-edge health products. You’ll own the entire outreach process from initial contact through contract completion, making a direct impact on revenue growth while working with passionate people in the fitness and wellness community.

• Monday to Friday 5:00PM to 10PM Pacific Time (California);20+ hours per week

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted Instagram outreach to identify potential affiliates and business partners in the fitness/wellness space
• Research and connect with gym-related accounts and fitness influencers with 2000+ followers
• Initiate meaningful conversations with potential affiliates to assess partnership fit and interest
• Guide prospects through the affiliate onboarding process including contract coordination via DocuSign
• Present partnership terms and benefits to prospective affiliates in compelling ways
• Track and manage the affiliate recruitment pipeline from initial contact to signed agreements
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to partnership inquiries promptly
• Create and maintain detailed records of outreach activities and conversion metrics

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or influencer outreach
• Strong communication skills and natural relationship-building abilities
• Proven experience with Instagram and social media engagement strategies
• Experience with affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or similar partnership programs
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
• Bonus if you have experience with DocuSign or contract management platforms
• It helps if you have knowledge of the fitness, wellness, or supplement industry
