Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our invoicing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving billing packages from managers, accurately entering invoice information into QuickBooks, and submitting completed invoices to clients in a timely manner. This is a remote, part-time role with flexible hours, except for a mandatory Friday shift to align with our invoicing workflow.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time (4 hours per day, 20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
● Receive PDF billing packages from Brand Builders managers.
● Enter invoice information accurately into QuickBooks.
● Gather PDFs and QuickBooks invoices and submit them to clients.
● Ensure timely and accurate submission of invoicing to talent.
● Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable transactions.

Requirements
● Fluency in QuickBooks and hands-on experience managing invoices.
● Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
● Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
● Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients.

Preferred Qualifications
● Previous experience in a similar remote accounts payable/accounts receivable role.
● Comfortable working with flexible schedules while meeting key deadlines.
