Job Description:

You’ll shape the LinkedIn strategy for a growing engineering consultancy, creating content that resonates with professionals and engineers while building meaningful connections in the industry. This dual-purpose role combines marketing expertise with talent acquisition, giving you the opportunity to drive both business development and recruitment through strategic LinkedIn management. You’ll have creative freedom to develop campaigns that showcase technical expertise while maintaining professional credibility in the engineering space.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize both executive personal LinkedIn profile and company LinkedIn page
  • Create engaging LinkedIn posts, graphics, and visual content tailored specifically for engineering professionals
  • Develop and execute comprehensive LinkedIn marketing campaigns and content strategies
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community relationships
  • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns and connection requests using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Scout and identify potential candidates for recruitment opportunities
  • Generate detailed performance reports including engagement rates, click-through metrics, and lead generation results
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all LinkedIn communications that resonates with technical audiences
  • Create graphics, reels, and other visual content for posts
  • Support business development through strategic lead generation activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B social media management (Portfolio required)
  • Strong understanding of professional services marketing, particularly in technical industries
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for both marketing and recruitment purposes
  • Basic graphic design skills for creating compelling visual content
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to write for engineering and professional audiences
  • Experience with social media analytics, reporting, and performance measurement
  • Creative thinking ability to develop content that engages technical professionals
  • Bonus if you have experience in recruitment or talent acquisition via LinkedIn
  • It helps if you’re familiar with the engineering or construction industries
