Our client is a fast-paced real estate investment company looking to hire two experienced Cold Callers/Lead Generation Specialists to fuel their property acquisition engine. This is not an entry-level role—we are seeking high-performing professionals who deeply understand the real estate lead generation process and can hit the ground running. If you are a "phone warrior" who knows how to navigate Batch Leads, handle tough objections, and move prospects efficiently through the disposition pipeline, this is the role for you.
Client Overview
A dynamic real estate investment and wholesaling firm focused on acquiring off-market properties. They utilize a sophisticated tech stack, including Batch Leads and GoHighLevel, to maintain a high-volume outbound environment. The team values persistence, clear communication, and the ability to identify motivated sellers in a competitive market.
Schedule
- Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week).

Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume outbound calls to property owners using Batch Leads to identify motivated sellers.
- Lead Qualification: Screen prospects, generate off-market opportunities, and accurately complete intake details for the acquisitions team.
- Pipeline Management: Update and manage lead statuses within the CRM (GoHighLevel dialer), ensuring every lead is tagged correctly (Hot, Warm, Cold, etc.).
- Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality appointments for acquisition managers and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Nurture & Follow-up: Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the disposition (dispo) team to align on property criteria and market demands.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record in real estate cold calling (Required).
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on, expert-level experience with Batch Leads (Must-have).
- Sales Acumen: Strong objection-handling skills and a closing-oriented mindset.
- Communication: Confident, clear, and persuasive verbal English skills.
- CRM Discipline: Experience managing a pipeline and staying organized within a CRM environment.
- Resilience: Comfortable with high call volumes and hitting daily/weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar power dialers (Highly Regarded).
- Background in Real Estate Wholesaling or acquisitions (Preferred).
- Familiarity with "Dispo" processes and how to identify equity or distress indicators (Preferred).
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to maintain high energy without constant supervision.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own high-quality headset, a computer capable of running power-dialing software, and a stable, high-speed internet connection. You are responsible for your own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
