Full-time HR Specialist (Entry Level Recruiter/HR Admin)
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist / Entry-Level Recruiter to support a fast-paced and growing hiring function. This role is primarily responsible for conducting first-round virtual interviews, screening candidates, and coordinating interview schedules while supporting high-volume recruitment needs.
You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process across multiple open roles, working closely with hiring managers to identify top talent.
Schedule & Availability
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Preferred working hours aligned with Eastern or Central Time
Mountain or Pacific Time zones considered for exceptional candidates
Start Date: ASAP (open to waiting 1–2 weeks for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Screening (Primary Focus)
Conduct first-round virtual interviews with candidates
Perform initial candidate screening and assessments
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates
Administrative & HR Support (Secondary Tasks)
Post job ads across various platforms
Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Track candidate progress using Google Sheets
Maintain organized digital files and recruitment records
Work Environment & Reporting
Reports directly to hiring managers (Sylvia and Dillon)
Hiring decisions will be made collaboratively
Supports a high-volume recruitment pipeline (13–15 open roles, increasing)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Professional presence in virtual interviews
Experience with virtual interviewing and candidate engagement
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Prism, SparkHire, Greenhouse, Indeed)
Experience handling high-volume hiring environments
