Our client is seeking an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize their B2C and B2B online stores, social media, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns. The role focuses on maintaining seamless website functionality, driving sales through online promotions, and analyzing performance metrics to improve marketing strategies.
Client Overview
The client operates both retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) eCommerce channels using Shopify and WooCommerce platforms. They are looking to enhance customer experience, marketing effectiveness, and online sales performance across all digital touchpoints.
Schedule
- Flexible schedule, 4 hours a day Sydney time

Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Website Management
- Manage and update product information, categories, and site content for both Shopify (B2C) and WooCommerce (B2B) stores
- Maintain and customize themes to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Oversee WooCommerce wholesale portal, including account approvals, pricing tiers, bulk order functionality, and restricted content
- Ensure websites remain fully functional, optimized, and aligned with business objectives
Marketing & Campaign Management
- Create and manage discount vouchers, affiliate marketing activities, and promotional campaigns
- Plan, set up, and manage EDM campaigns tailored for B2C and B2B audiences
- Oversee and optimize Shopify/WooCommerce apps and plugins, including sales funnels and automated email workflows
- Coordinate and run online sales promotions across retail and wholesale channels
Social Media Management
- Manage and schedule content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote products, campaigns, and brand awareness
- Coordinate social media promotions aligned with product launches, sales campaigns, and marketing initiatives
- Monitor engagement, respond to basic inquiries when necessary, and ensure brand consistency
Digital Advertising
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve conversions and ROI
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Generate and present monthly performance reports covering sales, traffic, conversions, ad ROI, and social media performance
- Use data insights to recommend improvements to marketing strategies, website performance, and campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Shopify and/or WooCommerce stores (2+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of eCommerce, online sales funnels, and customer journey optimization
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup and optimization
- Experience managing social media platforms and content scheduling
- Knowledge of EDM platforms and automated email workflows
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with affiliate marketing programs
- Familiarity with SEO and CRO (conversion rate optimization)
- Experience managing wholesale/B2B eCommerce functionality (customer tiers, bulk pricing, restricted access)
- Basic design or content editing skills for website and social media marketing assets
