Data Entry / Sales Admin / Basic Bookkeeping

Input customer data and contracts into CRM software with a high degree of accuracy based on information provided by the sales team.
Export and generate reports from CRM and accounting systems as required by management.
Execute monthly billing runs from the property management software by updating relevant fields and processing routine tasks.
Follow up on payment reminders via email and through accounting software without client phone contact.
Post supplier invoices into the accounting system during scheduled coverage periods.
Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding task status and any system or data discrepancies.​
