Responsibilities
- Multichannel SEO: Execute Local SEO (GBP optimization, citations) and National SEO strategies; implement emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tactics.
- Paid Media Optimization: Build and manage Google Ads campaigns with a strict focus on ROI, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
- Technical Auditing: Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and deep-dive technical audits to monitor rankings and traffic.
- Project Management: Own project timelines from kickoff to launch; coordinate with designers, developers, and contractors to ensure projects remain on scope.
- Client Relationship Management: Lead onboarding calls, provide performance reviews, and translate complex data into actionable strategy updates for clients.
- Operations & Reporting: Improve internal workflows and SOPs while producing clear, data-driven reports using GA4 and GTM.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably within an agency handling multiple accounts.
- Deep SEO Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of local/national SEO and current algorithm trends.
- Paid Media Proficiency: Hands-on experience scaling Google Ads campaigns with a focus on cost-per-acquisition.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency with GA4, GTM, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Project Management Skills: Exceptional organization using tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
- Client-Facing Excellence: Strong ability to lead meetings and manage client expectations with professional written and verbal communication.
Qualifications
- Active Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications (Highly Preferred).
- Experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies (Preferred).
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to pivot strategies based on data trends.
