Position Overview
We are seeking an Immigration Consultation & Intake Specialist to support our immigration practice. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct daily immigration consultations with prospective clients, screen eligibility for various immigration benefits, and identify the most appropriate pathways based on attorney-established guidelines. This position is ideal for an entry-level professional eager to grow in immigration law while providing critical front-line support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties (Daily):
- Conduct 30-minute immigration consultations with prospective clients, following a standardized checklist to determine potential eligibility for immigration benefits.
- Identify appropriate immigration pathways based on consultation outcomes and firm guidelines.
- Ensure timely follow-up with new inquiries to streamline the intake process.
Secondary/Supporting Duties:
- Complete and manage client intake forms and documentation collection.
- Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and coordinate client communications.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in the firm’s database/CRM system.
- Assist with templates, basic document preparation, and general administrative tasks.
- Perform light research and summarize findings internally as needed.
- Keep the camera on throughout the shift for communication and accountability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0–2 years in client-facing administrative or legal support roles such as Intake Specialist, Legal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured guidelines and checklists accurately.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple daily consultations.
- Comfortable keeping the camera on during working hours.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
