- Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Total: 40 hours per week | Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time (Detroit)

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and contractors
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, text, and messaging platforms
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Promote product deals and specials
- Post product promotions on Facebook Marketplace and social media platforms
- Follow up with leads and customers to generate sales opportunities
- Assist in growing and maintaining the customer base
- Communicate customer needs and order details to the appropriate team
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, telesales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound and inbound calls
- Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace or social media messaging is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and computer
- Experience in HVAC, construction, or building supply industry is a plus
