Job Description
You’ll own the entire hiring process for a transportation company that’s ready to scale fast. This isn’t just posting jobs and waiting – you’ll be the driving force behind building a network of professional drivers who keep freight moving across America. Your efficiency and communication skills will directly impact company growth as you help scale operations from the current 7-8 active drivers back to the target of 30+ drivers.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM North Las Vegas, NV Time (4 hours per day/20 hours per week) 

Key Responsibilities
● Manage Indeed job advertisements across multiple US cities with strategic rotation
● Respond to driver applications within 24 hours (speed is critical in this competitive market)
● Conduct screening calls to assess candidate fit and professionalism
● Handle all hiring paperwork and documentation for 1099 contractors
● Deliver training sessions to new drivers on company systems and procedures
● Track and optimize hiring conversion rates and response metrics
● Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth driver onboarding
● Maintain compliance with Indeed posting requirements across different markets

Requirements
● Excellent English communication skills for phone and written interactions with drivers
● Previous recruiting experience, particularly with Indeed platform
● Strong organizational skills and ability to respond quickly to applications
● Experience screening and interviewing candidates over the phone
● Bonus if you have experience with 1099 contractor hiring processes
● It helps if you understand the transportation or logistics industry

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
