Job Description
You’ll be the right hand to a busy beauty industry entrepreneur, starting with social media management for her training academy and growing into comprehensive administrative support across her business portfolio. This role offers the perfect blend of creative digital marketing work and strategic administrative support, with the flexibility of remote work and clear potential to expand your responsibilities as the businesses scale. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the online presence that drives digital course sales while streamlining operations across multiple business entities.
Schedule
- Flexible during business hours (Australian Western Standard Time (Perth), Occasional Saturdays; 20 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media content with minimum 5 posts per week plus daily Instagram stories
- Design engaging graphics and visual content using advanced Canva techniques
- Edit promotional videos using CapCut for social media campaigns
- Manage email correspondence across different business email accounts
- Coordinate team communications and handle staff inquiries professionally
- Provide recruitment support and assist with HR coordination
- Develop training plans, documentation, and educational materials for the academy
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies on Meta advertising campaigns
- Generate business reports and assist with award applications
- Handle personal administrative tasks including travel booking and team event coordination
Requirements
- Proficiency in Canva with proven ability to create professional-quality graphics (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 2+ years of digital marketing experience with strong social media management skills
- Experience with video editing tools, particularly CapCut
- Administrative or executive assistant background with excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding written communication abilities for professional email correspondence
- Proven experience working remotely and managing multiple priorities independently
- Bonus if you have beauty industry experience or familiarity with training/education businesses
- It helps if you’re comfortable with website design and online platform management
