An entrepreneur launching two complementary luxury businesses: a premium resort wear collection debuting fall 2026 and a B2B luxury uniform company serving high-end resorts, hotels, cruise lines, and spas. You’ll have the unique opportunity to build both brands from the ground up with creative freedom and direct collaboration with the business owner.
Job Description
You’ll own the complete social media strategy for two luxury brands from day one. This isn’t about managing existing accounts—you’ll be building authentic communities, crafting launch strategies, and positioning these brands in the luxury market. You’ll work directly with the business owner to develop their personal brand as an authentic face of the company, guiding content creation and storytelling that resonates with luxury consumers and B2B clients alike.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm Eastern with a 30-minute paid break

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies for both B2C luxury resort wear and B2B luxury uniform brands
- Create engaging content across platforms to build pre-launch community and drive brand awareness
- Guide and coach the business owner on authentic brand ambassador activities including video content creation
- Strategize and execute the fall 2026 resort wear collection launch campaign
- Position both brands effectively within the luxury market space
- Manage end-to-end social media marketing campaigns and optimize based on analytics
- Coordinate social media efforts between two distinct but complementary luxury brands
- Build and nurture online communities to support upcoming product launches
Requirements:
- Proven experience with US luxury market social media marketing
- Strong background attracting and engaging luxury customers through social media
- Experience with brand launches and building brands from inception
- Expertise in luxury market positioning and authentic brand storytelling
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with business owner
- Bonus if you have experience managing multiple brands simultaneously
- It helps if you have B2B marketing experience in hospitality or luxury services
