Marketing Project Associate

We are a leading automation technology company specializing in high-precision filling machines used in regulated industries where accuracy, efficiency, and reliability are critical. Our marketing team operates at the intersection of content, performance marketing,
partnerships, and events, and we’re looking for a Marketing Operations & Campaign Associate to help execute campaigns, manage timelines, coordinate contributors, and support performance tracking across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management skills with hands-on digital marketing experience.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Act as a tactical extension of the Marketing Manager, helping coordinate and execute campaigns across email, web, paid ads, social media, SEO, partnerships, and events
  • Turn marketing briefs into clear task lists, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ensure campaigns launch on schedule across all channels
  • Track deliverables and timelines in project management tools (Jira or similar)

Marketing Operations

  • Manage marketing documentation, SOPs, and asset libraries in shared drives
  • Coordinate internal contributors and external partners (designers, agencies, contractors)
  • QA marketing assets and website updates to ensure accuracy, performance, and brand consistency

Paid Media & Performance Marketing Support

  • Assist with execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CPC, conversion rate, and lead generation
  • Help implement conversion tracking and performance monitoring using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and analytics dashboards
  • Support landing page and campaign A/B testing initiatives

Content & Digital Marketing Support

  • Help manage and organize content calendars for blogs, newsletters, and social media
  • Support copywriting, campaign messaging, and asset feedback
  • Coordinate publishing schedules and ensure content goes live correctly

Reporting & Insights

  • Monitor marketing performance through HubSpot, Google Analytics, and campaign dashboards
  • Assist in preparing weekly reports and summaries for the marketing team
  • Help identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and marketing efficiency

Requirements
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, campaign management, or digital marketing
  • Experience working across multiple marketing channels (email, paid ads, blog, SEO, social, CRM, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing metrics and campaign performance
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing teams
  • Clear written communication and strong responsiveness
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • A proactive “get-it-done” mindset

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
  • Experience building or interpreting analytics dashboards (Looker Studio or similar)
  • Exposure to lead generation or e-commerce marketing funnels
  • Light design or creative editing skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or Figma
  • Interest in technology, automation, and engineering products

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
