Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to support our business development efforts by identifying and connecting with potential partners in the travel and tourism industry.

The primary responsibility of this role is to research companies, identify key decision-makers, and initiate outreach through professional channels such as LinkedIn, company websites, or email.

This position will begin part-time, with the opportunity to transition to full-time as the role proves successful.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential B2B partners within the travel and tourism industry
  • Identify relevant decision-makers within target organizations
  • Source and verify contact details through LinkedIn, company websites, and online research
  • Initiate outreach to prospects via LinkedIn messages, website contact forms, or email
  • Build and maintain an organized database of qualified leads
  • Track outreach activity and responses
  • Support the company’s business development initiatives by expanding prospect lists
  • Assist in identifying potential companies that may benefit from B2B advertising opportunities

The role will focus on organizations within the travel and tourism sector, including:

  • Hotel chains
  • Cruise lines
  • Airlines
  • Tourism software companies
  • Travel technology providers
  • Government destination marketing organizations
  • Tourism boards and promotional agencies
  • Other companies targeting B2B audiences in the travel sector

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in lead generation, prospect research, or business development
  • Strong online research and sourcing skills
  • Comfortable identifying key contacts within organizations
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and online prospecting tools is a plus
