Job Description: You’ll be the driving force behind expanding a thriving supplier network, connecting skilled service providers with steady, high-value work opportunities from major national brands. This isn’t cold calling into the void—you’ll work with pre-qualified leads through a sophisticated platform, presenting a genuine win-win opportunity to locksmiths, landscapers, electricians, and other service businesses. You’ll own the entire onboarding journey and see direct results from your efforts as suppliers join a network that delivers consistent, vetted job opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Use proprietary dashboard platform to identify and contact pre-qualified service businesses
  • Make strategic outbound calls to locksmiths, landscaping companies, electricians, and facility service providers
  • Present compelling value propositions to potential suppliers about joining a premium network
  • Follow up consistently and proactively with prospects to drive conversions
  • Guide new suppliers through the complete platform onboarding process
  • Collect and verify required documentation from new network partners
  • Track and report supplier signup metrics and conversion rates
  • Maintain detailed interaction records in CRM system for seamless team collaboration
  • Build relationships that turn one-time contacts into long-term network partners

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills with strong phone presence and confidence in cold calling
  • Sales mindset with natural ability to be persuasive and build rapport quickly
