Job Description:
You’ll be the operational backbone of a growing creative agency, taking ownership of social media execution and client operations that directly impact 15 active accounts. This role puts you at the center of a fast-paced creative environment where your attention to detail and proactive communication will free up the business owner to focus on high-value creative work. You’ll work with established systems and processes while having the opportunity to contribute to organizational improvements and creative planning.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 6 am - 3 pm MST (60-minute unpaid break)

Responsibilities:
- Execute manual social media posting and engagement strategies across multiple platforms for 15 active clients
- Manage community engagement including comments, likes, shares, and story interactions to optimize algorithm performance
- Compile and send monthly analytics reports to all clients on designated reporting cycles
- Handle invoice distribution through WIX platform and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections
- Process client onboarding documents and maintain organized client management systems
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline agency operations
- Navigate Notion portals to access approved content and manage client approval workflows
- Provide proactive project updates and communicate potential delays or timeline adjustments
- Contribute creative grid ideas and maintain clean aesthetic standards across client accounts
- Support various administrative tasks and special projects during non-posting hours
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills with excellent written and verbal abilities
- Proven experience with social media management and engagement across multiple platforms (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Proactive communication style with ability to provide regular updates and flag potential issues
- Detail-oriented approach to following established processes and workflows
- Creative eye for aesthetics and visual planning, particularly clean and modern design styles
- Experience with analytics reporting and basic data interpretation
- Organizational skills for document management and client onboarding processes
- Bonus if you have experience with Notion, WIX, or similar business management platforms
- It helps if you understand manual posting strategies and algorithm optimization techniques
