Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, organized, and execution-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across multiple platforms and locations. This role is responsible for planning, creating, editing, designing, posting, and engaging with audiences daily to build brand awareness and strengthen our online presence.

Client Overview
A nationwide U.S.-based water, fire, and mold damage restoration company serving communities across the country. As the company continues to expand into new markets, they aim to strengthen their social media presence to better connect with homeowners, property managers, and local communities while showcasing their services and building brand trust.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST with a 1-hour unpaid break (8 hours per day/40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
Content Creation & Publishing
- Design, edit, and post content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create graphics, reels, short-form videos, stories, and carousels
- Write compelling captions aligned with brand voice
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across multiple locations
Brand Management
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with marketing initiatives
Engagement & Community Management
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and engagement metrics
- Respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner
- Foster community engagement and audience growth
Campaign Support
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Analyze social media performance and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates
Organization & Execution
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Use content calendars and scheduling tools to ensure consistent posting
- Proactively recommend improvements to social media strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, graphics, and video editing
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or similar
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze social media performance
Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing design and social media work (required)
- Examples of 2–3 social media accounts previously managed

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
