Salary:
- $ 5.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule email marketing campaigns (EDMs) across multiple platforms
- Manage social media scheduling and posting across LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook
- Handle marketing administration tasks to free up founder’s time for strategic work
- Learn and utilize the company’s proprietary SaaS platform for project management
- Onboard new clients onto the SaaS platform as the business grows
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
- Potentially assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using company systems
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Mid to senior level experience (not junior level)
- Strong learning ability and intelligence to quickly master new platforms and systems
- Experience with email marketing platforms (MailChimp preferred)
- Social media management experience across multiple platforms
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Bookkeeping knowledge or willingness to learn (Xero experience a plus)
- SaaS platform experience preferred but not essential
Job Scope:
- Part-time position starting at 1-2 days per week (approximately 20 hours)
