 Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for AT&T Business products and services.
  • Use Apollo.io to create and manage outreach sequences, including calls and emails.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calling and emailing.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate AT&T Business solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in Apollo.io and CRM systems.
  • Follow up consistently with leads and nurture relationships to move deals through the pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on AT&T Business offerings and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle from finding leads to closing deals.
  • AT&T Business experience (preferred only), but any telecom experience will be considered a plus.

  • Highly energetic and professional
  • Confident speaking with business decision-makers 
  • Comfortable using tools like Apollo.io for calls, emails, and managing outreach sequences.
  • Strong communication skills to talk with potential customers and understand their business needs.
  • Ability to identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling and emailing.
  • Organized and able to keep accurate records of leads, activities, and results in Apollo.io and CRM systems.
  • Consistent in following up with leads and building relationships to move deals forward.
  • Goal-driven and able to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Team player who is open to sharing ideas and learning from others.

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
