We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Appointment Setter & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate their home service needs and ensuring our field technicians have a full schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Frontline Communication: Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Lead Management: Diligently follow up on lead generation efforts to re-engage potential customers.
- Strategic Scheduling: Efficiently book and coordinate home service appointments, optimizing the daily routes for our service team.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Linguistic Mastery: Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal) with a clear and confident phone presence.
- Customer-First Mindset: Proven experience in providing top-tier customer service and handling inquiries with empathy and patience.
