Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and professional Appointment Setters to join our remote call center team. In this role, you will contact homeowners, explain our complimentary roof inspection service, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives. This position is ideal for individuals with prior call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.

Type: Full-time
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective homeowners to schedule roof inspections.
• Clearly and professionally explain our services and the benefits of a complimentary inspection.
• Manage and update the appointment calendar to ensure accurate scheduling for sales reps.
• Handle objections and rejection gracefully while maintaining professionalism.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize appointment conversions.
• Provide voice recordings or samples if requested to demonstrate clear and professional communication skills.

Requirements:
• Fluent, well-spoken English 
• Previous call center experience preferred; experience in roofing or home services is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay motivated and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
• Comfortable using CRM systems or scheduling software.

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
