Our client is looking for an Inbound Sales Consultant to handle incoming leads and guide prospects through a structured consultative sales process. Your goal will be to understand each prospect’s challenges, uncover their pain points, and position the company’s digital marketing services as the ideal solution. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in discussing digital strategies, and the ability to build trust quickly during sales conversations to drive conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound Lead Conversion: Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and conduct consultative sales calls to understand client goals.
  • Service Sales: Sell a suite of digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, and website solutions; clearly explain value propositions to prospects.
  • Discovery & Consultation: Guide prospects through a structured discovery process to uncover business pain points and position services as specific solutions.
  • Technical Communication: Answer technical questions related to marketing services confidently and provide professional advice to build rapport.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate notes and records of all conversations; perform consistent follow-ups with prospects to support the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inbound or consultative capacity.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to confidently discuss digital marketing services and handle common industry objections.
  • Strong questioning and listening skills to uncover deep-seated client needs.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple prospects.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience selling digital marketing services (Highly Regarded).
  • Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, or website development workflows (Preferred).
  • Experience working with small businesses or service-based industries (Preferred).
  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with Australian-based clients (Preferred).

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
